Arizona Real Estate

CCIM Members make up Southern Arizona’s largest commercial real estate network. The CCIM network represents multiple disciplines within the commercial real estate investment community: leasing, appraisal, commercial brokerage, investments, property management, lending/mortgage banking, legal and development. Only six percent of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the respected and coveted CCIM designation.

The Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter serves as the focal point for quality education, networking and market services for the commercial investment real estate specialist, by offering resources enabling the commercial investment practitioner to deliver superior service to clients and customers.

Keller Williams Realty is the fastest growing real estate company in North America. The exciting growth of Keller Williams Southern Arizona (KWSA) exemplifies KW’s commitment to providing great customer service.

KWSA achieved the highest scores in all measured factors across both segments, receiving the highest JDPower.com Power Circle RatingSM among its competitors overall.

In June 2017 I completed all the requirements to become a real estate agent in Arizona and after a few weeks of vetting brokerages I found the Apex Team. As a member of the Apex Team of Keller Williams Southern Arizona I worked as an investment specialist. The Apex Team is a one stop shop that features an in house construction team as well as property management. We have been voted the best team in Tucson and can help with any investment need. The team specializes in the housing market, but we have rapidly been expanding into the commercial retail and office space. After deciding to move back to Colorado in the summer of 2018 I left the Apex Team, but still hold my license with Keller Williams Southern Arizona.

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about Tucson please reach out to me and I would be more than happy to help.
